NUgrant is a research administration system designed to help research administrators manage research done at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The system covers many different modules including Pre-award proposal routing and management, Internal competition management, Conflict of interest reporting, IRB protocol submission and review, IACUC protocol submission and review, Biosafety compliance, Radiation safety Compliance and more.

NUgrant also features optional sections for sharing funding announcements, managing core facilities, communicating about research and managing events. We also work with clients to customize solutions or create all-new modules to meet their specific needs.

In 2013, two colleagues and I licensed NUgrant from UNL and are marketing it to other universities.
