This photo is looking west from the top of a parking garage on 14th & O street in Lincoln, Nebraska. This stretch of the street is the college hotspot with multiple bars and eating establishments.

The thing I remember about this particular evening is that is was the night before the Nebraska vs. Oklahoma State football game in 2007, by far the most depressing football game I have ever been to, and as it turned out, the beginning of the end for athletic director Steve Pederson & head coach Bill Callahan.
