The LAG Christmas Party will be held on our usual second Tuesday of the month meeting night, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Tai Chi studio 2634 North 48th St.

Activities for the evening will be; make your own sundae, Art Jeopardy, judging of mask creativity, renewal of memberships, and of course the camaraderie of friends.

The evening is for members and spouses or significant others, and there is no cost (other than membership renewal).  Remember if you join now or anytime before December 31, you can knock off $5 from your yearly fee.

We have a space for one month to showcase members artwork.  The Bethany Christian Church has an opening from January 9 through February 17.  This will be a new venture for the church so they are using the criteria that we followed for our LAG.  Family friendly and bigotry, prejudice or political will not be tolerated.  We will be able to sell our work, but the church will not be responsible for communication between clients, payment or delivery.  They will not deal with any sales, tax exempt status or liability.  They do have a wire hanging system, so work cannot exceed 40 pounds.   Hours that the public can view the work in their fellowship hall are: Sunday’s during worship hours, (11:30 -12:30) and there are several service groups and small groups that will meet there during the month also.

We will discuss this at our December Christmas Party, but if you cannot be at the party and want to voice your interest, let Kirk Kuenzi know.
