If you are not attending the Golden Corral meeting in January, you can renew your membership by mail to Ethel Mount, 8110 Prescott Avenue, Lincoln, NE 68506. $35 per person, $55 per couple. She will deposit your money and send the rest of the information to our Membership Chairman, Dee Kelch. Remember that if you get your money turned in by March 1st, you automatically become a member of ANAC. (Association of Nebraska Art Clubs).  Carmen Stineman

Mark your calendars!  The party is set for Tuesday January 14th.  We are meeting at Golden Corral at 6:00.  After comparing several sites, it was decided that this was the best fit for both space and money.  The Lazlo’s site was very nice, even cozy, but we would have been too tight for our purposes.  Lazlo’s also had a minimum menu, and we would have to have guaranteed $1500 worth of meals.  The Corral, was larger, which will enable us to move around more easily.  We thought the menu was substantial for a variety of tastes and of it’s affordability.  Parking will be more accessible also.

Events for the evening include renewing or starting your LAG memberships (if you know of someone who is wanting to join, invite them along)

We will have the optional Gift Exchange  ( remember to make it yourself )

Thank you for the valuable input at the November member meeting. After compiling all polls an emphasis in 2020 will be placed on #1:Artist Demonstrations/Activities, #2:Hands on Club Activities, and #3:Gatherings/Art Outings. Our popular topics include #1: watercolor, #1:acrylic, #2:clay/sculpture, and #3:mixed media. I’ll do my best to arrange a year of 20/20 opportunities.  Lynette Fast
