** President’s Potpourri **

What a whirlwind start for me as President of LAG.  Learning what has been done and what needs to be continually done is a definite challenge.  I am very thankful to the elected board that we have this year, as they are wonderful to work with.  Each month I will try to impart a little wisdom, encouragement and personal thought regarding the creative process through “The President’s Potpourri“.  Carmen Stineman

3D Art Show

We had a very successful 3D Art Show last year.  We are planning another one this year to be held the first of June.  Start working on your entries.  You can use the same entry form that you use for the spring show held the first of May.  Make Copies of this and just mark it as 3D.

Goodby to Mattress Value

We have enjoyed a short venture of hanging at Mattress Value.   However, we were informed that they will be leaving in May.  In order that no work gets damaged, all work MUST be removed by the 1st of May.  It’s too bad that they are leaving and we can no longer use their walls, but we still have our original gallery downstairs in Out of the Box.
