End of the year, and everyone is busy, busy, busy; but I hope that you can attend our December meeting. Carmen will be demonstrating how to make alcohol ink Christmas ornaments, and then letting everyone make their own. She will have some extra glass ornaments for those that wish to make one, and if you want to make more, you can bring your own. (She got hers at Wal-Mart – 8 for $6). In addition, if you have any TINY sprigs, berries, ribbon, flowers, etc. to decorate, bring those. Supply fee of $2.
Our second creative adventure for the evening will have Jan Garvin leading the group in a mixed media project featuring gnomes! (Who doesn’t like a good gnome?) All supplies will be provided but we will be painting so you may want to bring an apron or wear paint friendly clothes. There will be a supply fee of $5 payable to Jan. Please RSVP to Carmen no later than December 8th.
To culminate the evening, we will be taking individual holiday pictures of everyone in attendance to be posted on our Facebook page. Should be a fun night and hope everyone can make it. This will be our last Tuesday meeting, as we will be having next year’s meetings on the second Thursday of every month.
There will be a business meeting at 6:30 to wrap up the end of year activities, complete the nomination bracket to vote on at our January membership meeting, and discuss future programs and workshops. We will meet in room 522 again, same as November meeting. See you Tuesday December 10th.
