How many of you have ever wished for or dreamed of having you artwork in a gallery??? I bet more than half of us said,  “YES…. THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL.”  Well, the dream came true over a year ago. The Lincoln artists’ Guild members were given a rare opportunity by the owners, Steen & Jody, of the Out of the Box store.  We can’t thank them enough.  They offered us a ton of wall space to display and sell our artwork!  The gallery is an exciting place; a fun place to work once a month.  Also, every 2 months the artwork is changed; new displays and new artwork are added. This gallery is a dream come true, SO let’s keep the momentum going.  Be an active member and help with Fourth Friday Receptions, have your art in the gallery & help 1 day a month, come to monthly meetings, and share new ideas. & just become active. I guess what I am saying is…. don’t just be a name in the membership book, be a face along with the name. Let others get to know you. Become active and involved.  I bet you will have fun, just try it …… just do it.
