We had a great time with lots of food and people attending.  Thanks to all who helped make it so successful!  The LUAU musicians (Lancaster Ukulele Aficionados United) were great—fun listening.

Something new was the jewelry sales.  Three members sold handmade jewelry:  BONNIE SITTIG had beautiful fused glass earrings, necklaces, scarf clips, and more;  MARILYN CHRISTENSEN designed handcrafted silver and precious stone rosaries; and JANE CHESNUT offered unique Brooches crafted from vintage buttons and costume jewelry.

The Featured Artist was JOY FRAME, showing her lovely, delicate water color paintings. Many of her friends were there and enjoyed the all out artistic endeavors.

There were many sales of jewelry and other art pieces and everyone enjoyed what OUT OF THE BOX had to offer.  Hopefully, as many members as possible can attend the last four receptions for this year.  Remember–November and December receptions will be held the THIRD FRIDAYS, not the Fourth Fridays so as to not interfere with Thanksgiving and Christmas.
