Plans are coming along for the festival on Saturday May 6th.  LAG is providing a wonderful opportunity for our artists to have a place to display and sell their art work.  For the ten artists that are participating you are required to help in some way.  Setting up the booth on Friday evening, taking down the booth Saturday at the end of the festival, and/or working during the day greeting visitors and promoting the guild.  Mandatory also is the creation of cards labeling each of your pieces.  These are to all be the same, please follow the criteria:

Cardstock / 2.5″ x 1.5″ / typed / Title of Work-Artist’s Name-Price

If non participating members of the Guild wish to help out, that would be wonderful.  This will give you an idea for next year (looks like this will become an annual thing) and also it is just a way to help your organization out.  Should be a fun day.
