Our monthly LAG meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month, but would like you to consider making a change. What would be your opinion on moving our meetings to the SECOND Tuesday of each month. Two reasons:
- Many times the 1st Tuesday falls on the heels of a holiday, and people sometimes don’t get their calendars “flipped” soon enough to remind them of the upcoming LAG meeting.
- Bank statements are not sent to the treasurer prior to the 1st Tuesday, and thus when the Treasurer reports to the Guild at their officers meeting, they do not have an up to date, current accounting.
We also have a suggestion to move the meetings to a Saturday morning.
If you would share your opinion, please e-mail me; cmstine@hotmail.com and tell me if you want to keep the first Tuesday or would be willing to move our meetings to the second Tuesday or a Saturday morning. All meetings will be held at our gallery 2634 North 48th St. (Parking in the rear) We will no longer be meeting at the Church.
NOTE: You will see that the programs above are slated for the second Tuesday, but will be changed back if the majority of membership wishes it to stay 1st Tuesday.
